Opioid Treatment

Off Opioids, Without the Agony.

From prescription painkillers to fentanyl — one medical team, one safe way through.

Opioid detox at Guardian Recovery uses evidence-based, medication-supported protocols to manage withdrawal from oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine, fentanyl, and other opioids — keeping you safe and as comfortable as possible while the clinical work of recovery begins.

Medication-Supported Comfort

Evidence-based medications manage withdrawal symptoms from the first hours — this is not a cold-turkey program.

Prescription Opioid Expertise

Oxycodone, hydrocodone, morphine — dependence that began in a medicine cabinet gets judgment-free medical care.

Fentanyl-Ready Protocols

Fentanyl’s potency demands longer, more careful management. Our medical team plans for it from intake.

24/7 Clinical Care

Nursing around the clock and physician oversight daily — your comfort and safety are actively managed.

Pain & Mental Health

Chronic pain, depression, and anxiety often travel with opioid use. Both get coordinated treatment here.

Continuum of Care

Detox connects directly into residential and outpatient programs — momentum is part of the medicine.

Common Questions

Answers Before You Call.

How long does opioid detox take?

Typically 5 to 10 days depending on the opioid — fentanyl and long-acting opioids can take longer. Your medical team adjusts the protocol daily based on your response.

I got addicted through a legitimate prescription. Is this program for me?

Absolutely — and you’ll be far from alone. A large share of opioid dependence begins with prescribed painkillers. Care here is medical and judgment-free, including strategies for managing the pain that started it.

Do you use medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?

Medication support is part of evidence-based opioid detox, and longer-term medication options are discussed with your medical team based on your situation and goals.

How much does opioid detox cost?

For most people with insurance, opioid detox can be covered in full or in large part. We verify your exact benefits for free before you commit to anything, and we offer self-pay rates and financing for those without coverage.

Will anyone find out I’m in treatment?

No. Your care is protected by federal privacy law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2). We never share information with employers, family, or anyone else without your written consent.

What happens after detox?

Detox is the beginning, not the destination. Before you discharge, your clinical team builds your next step with you — residential care, PHP, IOP, or outpatient — so the progress you make continues without interruption.

Can you help me travel to treatment?

Yes. Many clients travel to the Guardian campus that best fits their clinical needs — and many find that distance from old routines helps. Our team coordinates flights and airport pickup, and travel can often be arranged the same day you call.
