How do I choose the right location?
You don’t have to choose alone. Tell us where you live, what you’re using, and what your insurance is, and our admissions team will recommend the best-fit Guardian program — close to home, or far from old routines if that helps.
Will anyone find out I’m in treatment?
No. Your care is protected by federal privacy law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2). We never share information with employers, family, or anyone else without your written consent.
How does travel to a facility work?
Our team helps arrange flights or ground transport and meets you on arrival. For many clients, travel is organized the same day they call — you focus on packing, we handle the rest.
Can I keep my job while I get help?
Often, yes. Many clients use FMLA or short-term disability for detox and residential care, and our outpatient and virtual programs offer evening tracks. Our team can walk you through the paperwork confidentially.
