A New Way to Heal

More Than a Weekly Appointment.

Psychiatry, individual therapy, and group support — coordinated by one clinical team.

Disconnected therapy visits and once-in-a-while psychiatry leave too many people stuck. Bishop Health’s intensive outpatient program brings everything together, several days a week — so meaningful change can happen in months, not years.

Psychiatry & Medication Management

Board-certified psychiatric providers who see you regularly — not once a quarter — and fine-tune treatment as you progress.

Individual Therapy

Weekly one-on-one sessions with a licensed therapist who knows your whole story and works from one coordinated plan.

Group Therapy

Small, clinician-led groups where you’re understood without explaining yourself. For many clients, this is where the breakthrough happens.

CBT & DBT

Evidence-based methods that turn insight into practical skills — for worry spirals, panic, and avoidance.

Trauma-Informed Care

Clinicians trained to recognize and treat the experiences underneath the symptoms, at a pace you control.

Licensed Clinical Team

Licensed therapists and psychiatric providers, supervised clinical programming, and measurable treatment goals reviewed with you.

Anxiety Treatment

When Anxiety Starts Running Your Schedule.

Structured, intensive care for the worry that never clocks out.

Anxiety is treatable — genuinely, measurably treatable. Our program addresses the racing thoughts, the physical symptoms, and the avoidance patterns together, with enough clinical contact to change them.

Generalized Anxiety

The constant low hum of worry that touches everything — treated with CBT, skills work, and psychiatry when helpful.

Panic

Practical, evidence-based tools to understand panic attacks, reduce their frequency, and take away their power.

Social Anxiety

Gradual, supported practice in the safest possible setting — a small group of people working on the same thing.

Co-Occurring Depression

Anxiety and depression often travel together. One coordinated plan treats both, instead of trading one for the other.

Why This Works for Anxiety

Built for the Way Anxiety Actually Heals.

The Power of Group, for Anxiety

Anxiety thrives in private — rehearsing worst cases, avoiding the situations that might disprove them. Group therapy interrupts that quietly and repeatedly. You hear your own thought patterns described by someone else, practice being present with people in a safe setting, and discover that the things anxiety predicted would happen… don’t.

Groups are small, clinician-led, and confidential. You share when you’re ready — being present counts from day one.

Coordinated Care, Aimed at Anxiety

Medication management, individual therapy, and group therapy each help anxiety on their own. Together — managed by one team, in one plan, reviewed week by week — they reinforce each other: your psychiatric provider hears what your therapist is seeing, and your plan adjusts in days instead of months.

That coordination is what makes months of intensive care do the work of years of disconnected appointments.

Common Questions

Answers Before You Call.

How much does treatment cost?

Most insurance plans include mental health benefits that can cover intensive outpatient care in full or in large part. We verify your exact benefits for free before you commit to anything, and self-pay options are available.

Will anyone find out I’m in treatment?

No. Your care is protected by HIPAA. We never share information with employers, family, or anyone else without your written consent — and Bishop Health is a discreet, ordinary office setting.

What if group therapy makes me anxious?

That’s common — and our facilitators are very good at it. Groups are small, nobody is forced to share, and being present counts from day one. Most anxious clients tell us group became the most valuable part of their week.

How is this different from weekly therapy?

Frequency and coordination. Instead of one hour a week with one provider, you get multiple sessions weekly with a team that shares one plan. That concentration is why many clients see in months the progress that took years before.

Can I keep working while in the program?

Yes — that’s the point of the design. The evening track lets most clients keep their full work schedule. Many attend without anyone at work knowing.

Do I need a referral or a diagnosis first?

No. Call us directly — a clinical assessment is part of getting started, not a prerequisite for it. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll help you find what is.
